Hoop Generation is looking for someone to join their team to fill the role of the following:
Group Skills Trainer
Private Coach
Head AAU Coach

Duties/Responsibilities:
Create new class curriculums including drills and games to develop basketball fundamentals and values for upcoming seasons alongside Hoop Generation Team
Conduct and lead classes that follow curriculums with the use of Junior and assistant trainers
Assist with community outreach programs that partner with Hoop Generation and promotional events
Perform administrative duties related to classes and events
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience working/teaching youth
Collegiate/Profesisonal Level playing and Coaching is Plus
3+ years of experience training/teaching basketball in an organized setting
2+ years of experience in developing/managing/executing training plans in groups of at least 6+ participants
Experience with Apple products and software (Mac, iPhone, Pages, Numbers)
Required Interpersonal Skills:
Able to communicate with clarity in a concise and courteous manner
Proactive in responding to questions and comments from parents and youth
Able to command the attention of large groups and comfortable with public speaking
Instructs and manages using positive reinforcement
